Grenache · Mourvèdre
A rosé made on purpose, not as an afterthought. We pick Grenache and Mourvèdre early, press whole-cluster to the faintest copper-pink, and ferment cool in tank to keep every bit of the cool-coast freshness.
Pale copper-rose, almost translucent.
Watermelon rind, white nectarine, sea spray, a hint of rose hip.
Dry, crisp, and weightless, with a gentle saline grip.
Refreshing and clean, asking for a second glass.
Salt-and-vinegar everything, or a Niçoise in the shade.
